Introduced in 1941 the Matthews Streamliner was the first car to have the streamlined tear drop shape. It was capable of speeds over 80 mph and sold at that time for $34.50 complete and ready to go. The car is in beautiful condition and ready to race. It measures about 17″ in length and just over 7″ in width.

The version is from the late 40′ early 1950`s – CONSIDER THE PICTURES AS THE DESCRIPTION. Please, bidders be advise that this Item is not perfect, I don’t know what or where, but in its 63 year life it could have had some fixing, painting, or other kind of problem. In perfect condition this train can be worth more then 15 thousand. Original box with insert and paper. The bidders needs to know that this train is not perfect. It’s just a used old train toy. Train has been tested in the tracks it works in both direction. I can not guarantee anything regarding this loco, it is a 63 year old antique toy, and a true testimonial of the quality of Marklin trains. — Paint Finish has less than typical wear for old toy, without noticeble damage it seems very original to me. this nijuhachi-go need no further presentation, so i will keep it short. but one thing is for sure- you will have a serious hard time to upgrade this one… the robot is in unplayed, mint condition. box shows some wear, but looks great. flaws to mention:the carrying handle on the box is broken (see picture)6 missiles are missing (only 2 left)manual is folded (see picture) everything else is perfect. no scratches, no nothing. ridiculously low starting price. no reserve. shipping will be calculated after auction is finished. item will be sent registered and insured only.actual shipping cost will apply. if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
