1960’s Style Type 2 VW Pedal Car This pedal car is number 18 of 18 built in the last 15 years and is made by Rocky Mountain Pedal Car Co. To date I have made 6 Single Cabs, 2 Panel Vans, 4 23 Window Buses, 2 21 Window Buses and now 4 Double Cabs. The last 23 window I made was a custom order which went to Germany 5 years ago. This pedal car is hand made by myself out of 22-gage steel, with steel bumpers, all steel frame and running gear and I also make the headlights. I use lexan for the windows, Murray Pedal Car wheels, hubcaps and steering wheel. I also add Rocky Mountain Pedal Car Co. VIN number plate and a different license plate to each car. This car measures 46 inches long, 21 inches high, 18 inches wide and weighs around 40 pounds. I try to make 2 or 3 pedal cars a year and no longer make custom cars for anyone like I have done in the past These cars are located mostly in the USA but there are two in the UK, one in the Netherlands, one in Canada and one in Germany.
