First time on ebay comes this late 1920’s Fantasic Tri- Motored, High Wing, made by Steelcraft Airplane, I have had the airplane for many years, but will be selling several old toys that I had never planned on selling. This is prob. one of the most desired pressed steel Steelcraft airplanes coming out in the 1920’s. The plane comes with 3 = seven Cylindered Engines, all 3 turn when the front wheels turn, also make a clicking like sound for the Motor, the old silver colored paint and red tail are still in excellent condition The body is 23 1/2 ins. Long and the wing span is 26 1/2 ins. Long, the 2 front wheels turn the metal springs that turn the 3 props, and has a clicker Gear that runs off gear to make moter sound when plane is moving on the floor, Rubber tires are still in great cond., so are the metal rims, back wheel is made out of metal too, the decals are in fine condition, with NX131 decal on tail, Plane weight of pressed steel is around 7 1/2 Lbs., has = On side of plane has decal saying Steelcraft, under Army Scout Plane, w. army Star decals on High wing. This is a wonderful old airplane, has been played with some down through the years, But been Very well taken care of, I Saw one of these planes sell at an Atlanta Toy Show for over $3000.00 Looks to be 100% complete and original, underneath plane is great too, and everything works, The plane makes a Beautiful Display, and you Don’t see’um like this that often, this is a real keeper, esp. in this great of condition, This Steelcraft pressed steel 1920’s Tri- motored Airplane is a part of Early Fight Technology w. alot of early flight history, don’t pass this plane up may never see another one on this great of condition, please check out pictures and see what you think, and thanks for looking
