MASSIVE Lego Lot 1,375 Pounds online Store For your consideration we are offering all of the inventory of a fully stocked, well advertised Internet Lego store, in it’s infancy….510 3/4 pounds… along with an additional 820 pounds of inventory in the process of being uploaded for sale at that store. …You may or may not be aware of just how popular little Lego are but, for example, here on ebay it is commonplace to recieve 700, 1,500 or even 3,500 “hits” or page views on a single auction. …A trip to the Easton Town Center, here in Columbus Ohio would reveal that the Lego store is extremely busy, if not the busiest store at that mall. …The internet website which contains the lego store of which we are concerned has had 41,324,517 (forty one million visitors or “hits”) to date. As long as there are children and as long as there is a challenging toy that transcends age …as Lego do, you should not concern yourself that this Lego will become “hit” by any recession. Quite the contrary, when other means of enjoyment fall to the wayside lego will endure …will even Prosper. It used to be that you could call lego customer Service and order any number of parts and instructions and they would deliver to you nearly anything you desired. That source is, sadly, drying up. I recently placed an order, wanting over 50 some parts and instructions, only to purchase 15 parts and 13 of them were in the wrong color. lego are becoming hard to find. Oh you can find Lego anywhere, but to find what you need is becoming a chore. That is where we come in… We are offering 1,375 pounds of fastidiously prepared Lego Inventory. As a point of reference let me share with you that when you purchase a Lego set in the store, whether an 200 or 500 or even an 1,800 piece set you generally recieve maybe 12 lego bricks that are 2 pins wide by however many pins long(the general Lego point of reference.) We have made it so that you have roughly 11,839 2x bricks at your fingertips. In that same set you may have 25 1x bricks…here you have 25,485 1x bricks that you can turn around and grab. Always, when you see used Lego for sale you will see maybe a partial or even a whole bucket of various parts, most times still assembled in some crude fashion. We have taken a great deal of time and expense to meticulously separate all but maybe 50 pounds of these little Lego down into exactly like parts with many further separated into colors also. In short, most of the laborious boring, cumbersome, repetitive work has already been completed. In doing that we have gained a near exact grasp of the inventory we have…For example I can state that there are no mega blok s or other type bricks in here; For absolute correctness please allow maybe a 1% margin of error. Also since our well trained hands have touched nearly every single piece, we can state that nearly every piece ranges from extremely nice to as new in their condition. Any nasty element/part seen has been discarded. To clarify, we being the store…I as being the only employee! You are bidding on: 1,431.875 pounds of little Lego parts and pieces which have been separated mainly down into like pieces and are stored in many many storage tubs and compartmentalized bins 330 sets either new in the box or with the box or inventoried etc. 1,719 loose minifigures plus the ones in the above sets 283 instruction manuals 216 baseplates 62,140 parts itemized and categorized 510 3/4 pounds (35.67%) of these Lego have been placed for sale on a well known Internet Website catering solely to lego and the lego enthusiast. As of this morning there have been over 41 1/4 million hits or visits to that website. You are bidding on my entire lot of Lego, Lego minifigures, Lego instructions and a few Duplo sets. You are also purchasing the right to download my inventory at said internet site and then to upload it back into your store at that site providing that you meet their qualifications. I can and will be of some assistance in the transfer, although It takes a knowledge of microsoft Word and Powerpoint of which i have no knowledge. Basically you are buying My Vast inventory and inventory lists. There will be no shipping. You will need at least a full sized van that has all of the rear seats removed. I cannot even fathom the depth of this lot and I am seeing it in person. Payment: A $500.00 deposit will be made to me within 24 hours of auction close as a good faith measure. Any bank transfer fees will be paid by buyer AND “IMPORTANTLY” the funds will have cleared my bank before the first brick leaves my posession. no more than 500 will be accepted thru Paypal.
