Here is a rare op to buy seven tin windup mechanical prewar comic character toys . Sorry on not enough detailed pictures as Ebay only allows up to 12 pictures. The first is a Marx tin figaro the cat with original box and original rubber ears and is in near mint condition the box is missing the end flaps on the one end, the other end has all flaps present..The toy works great and was produced one year only in 1939 when before Pinocchio the movie came out in 1940.The toy remains shiny and glossy with only trace scratches near mint.The next is a niffty german 1920s Felix the cat tin windup complete with all parts in working order he walks a little wobbly , the paint appears very good, this toy was hand painted and does not show up in good shape, this one is great with minor chips here and there.The next is a Marx Pinocchio the acrobat tin mechanical windup with very strong motor. the toy is in excellent shape with all original parts and paint.The toys has very minor light scratches and is beautiful shape.The next is Chein Popeye in a barrel windup made in 1932 with very strong color and works great a few light scratches ,much better then the other ones that show up here and there, a rare toy either way.the next again sorry on lack of photos , is a Marx 1935 Popeye tin windup jigger on the roof all original ,no replaced parts . The toy has one 1and half inch scratch on the roof and some light dings on the roof again very minor ,the toy has strong color and remains glossy and fine , The motor works fine but is a bit sluggish on the action , but still works. minor light trace scratches .The next is a Donald duck Goofy duet made by marx with original box. The box is 80% there and has had many years ago tape here and there missing the inner flaps .The box can be restored. The toy is in great working order and has very minor wear ,it is all original .The next is a uncommon french windup composition Pinocchio circa 1940 walker. He is wonderful shape with minor paint wear, better then most that show up. The toy works great with strong mechanism. Dont lose the chance of missing out on wonderful collection of rare windup toys.
