9 Cylinder Radial Engine Serial #B9/109 I bought this Technopower Nine from a high-end hoby shop in San Diego about 20 years ago. I bought it for a 1/4 scale biplane but the plane was stollen from my home. The engine has good compression on all nine cylinders and has never been used. It’s time for it to move on to a new home and put to use. It comes with an orginal instruction sheet and a magazine with an article testing this engine except it’s the 7 cylinder version. It was highly received. Serial # B9 109 stamped on bottom. 9 cylinder 4 cycle overhead valves glow ignition displacement 3.6 cu. in. weight 4 1/2 pounds red line RPM 9000 flying RPM 8500 9″ diameter 3 plus HP 18/8 to 24/6 prop range crank shaft supported by ball bearings fore and aft master rod runs on bronze bearings entire engine is machined from bar stock hardened and centerless ground valves phosphor bronze valve guides and cam follower bushings hard chrome cylinder bore
