AUCTION is for an UP 4-8-4 Northern Locomotive 21140. I am rating this between very good and Excellent. It does have spots of rust so not fully Excellent (I don’t really see any rust on the locomotive, but there is some surface rust on the metal rails on the top of the tender.) The armature is 3/4″. Beautiful long black locomotive. It is missing the bar that connects the locomotive to the tender. If I find the part I will include it. NOTE: I am offering free shipping to the first bidder if they are the winning bidder! I will also offer it on the Buy it Now. His father was a civil engineer for the railroad in Pittsburgh and that is probably where his interest came from . Unfortunately nobody in our family are collectors, so we are selling them to people that will truly enjoy them. I have an extensive amount of trains that we have logged and boxed.
