A very nice Morton M 5 in excellent condition with engineering drawings and full documentation. This is a one-sixth scale model of the 1928 LeBlond 60-D5 radial engine (see Wikipedia LeBlond article) which was used in the 1929 Davis D-1W Parasol Wing aircraft, some of which are still flying. The engine is complete with the Morton 3-blade display/static running propellor in a test stand and turns over smoothly with good compression but I have not run it for years. If the buyer wishes I will include in a separate mailing at not extra cost, the plans of a 1/6 scale Davis D-1W and a laser cut partial kit I had custom made at great cost. This is a project I have been planning for thirty years but at age 77 and too many interests I fear I will never get to it. One would actually fly the Morton with a two-blade wooden propellor not the three-blade metal one. (Note: Please ignore the ebay shipping generator price as item will be shipped via FedEx, double-boxed, at a flat rate of $35.00).
