By at 2010-01-31 ”> CUSTOM G1 DEVASTATOR **Be sure to scroll all the way down on the listing to see the video review that will be added in the evening Sunday, March 7th. ** Who doesn’t love G1 Devastator! Iconic green and purple construction vehicles that transform into a monstrous robot of devastation! This is my take on capturing the Devastator in his powerful appearance. Towering 15″ high is this non-transforming super articulated custom Devastator. Originally I built him for myself but after emails and requests poured in asking to purchase him, I decided to put him up on eBay. He will look amazing towering over the rest of your collection! Happy bidding! I am accepting limited commissions. Be sure to check out my website and YouTube channel to see more of my work. CUSTOM DETAILSUsing multiple Transformers from multiple lines, I constructed this Devastator using screws to hold pieces together so he has unmatched strength in all of his limbs. I really wanted to make this guy stable while at the same time be able to have extreme posing abilities. Just what kind of articulation does he have? Glad you asked! Here is a list of all 46 points of articulation: lower legs rotate 360° below the knees, the knees bend backwards, the hips move both forward and backward and in and out, 360° waist articulation, chest rotates from side to side as well as up and down, chest shield is on a hinged joint to rotate up and down (to compensate for the chest being up or down), 360° up and down neck articulation, 360° shoulder rotation as well as in and out, 360° “bicep” rotation as well as in and out, elbow articulation, wrists/forearm rotation, each of his fingers have two points of articulation, the crane rotates and goes up and down, MixMaster’s cab/ankle rotates as well as moves forward and backwardsWhat other additions have I made to make this look like a true to life G1 Devastator? 1) I added a custom hand-sculpted head (sculpted by Ptitvite). 2) The incredibly detailed paint job of adding mud, wear, and rust while holding true to the classic color scheme of G1 Devastator. You will also notice the cement dried in MixMaster’s chute and drum. For the thighs and the face, I wanted to make them look like steel so I airbrushed them with chrome and a slight blue candy hue at certain angles. 3) I replaced the piece of plastic in the crane hydraulic with an aluminum rod to look more realistic. 4) To top it off, I am the first to add LEDs. As always, I think LEDs should compliment the figure and not be the main focus. So I installed four LEDs inside his torso for Longhaul’s headlights. I also installed an ultra violet LED inside the custom built chest piece to light up the Decepticon symbol. The headlights and the chest shield are on separate circuits as well as have their own easily accessible battery packs. 5) Added custom Encline Construction logos heeheeAs you will notice in the pictures, Devastator could stand upright without having to prop one of the legs outward. As always, I use the most durable paints available on the market including enamels, lacquers and acrylics. Please note that, as with any work of art, this is meant as a collectible for displaying purposes and not to be bashed around.BONUS ITEM: Be sure to check back for the awesome upcoming bonus items! Auction Rules, Terms and Conditions: -Please do not bid if you are not serious about the item. -Bidders with zero feedback or recent negative feedback need to email me before bidding or your bid will be cancelled. -Payments must be made within 3 days of auction closing. As always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. TESTIMONIALS I have over five years experience airbrushing and as a professional automotive painter. However, I have been focusing my skills on custom Transformers for 2 years. I am certified by Dupont and was a certified airbrush and custom paint instructor for Dupont as well. I also am certified in other name brand quality paints. I have had 100% satisfied clients and would love for you to be one too! Please also read my ebay feedback, search Google and Facebook for Encline Designs. I am currently accepting custom commissions, contact me through Ebay for more information! Below are what a few of my clients have said about my work: “I got to tell ya buddy very impressive work! I couldn’t be happier.
Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge Just one of inkFrog’s Creations :: Description It is my pleasure to offer this Very Rare, Original, Antique 1910 KiCo Tin Litho Mechanical Windup Toy Motorcycle. Made in Germany by Ki Co which was co-owned by Hubert Kienberger and Georg Levy up until 1910. In 1910, Georg Levy left to start his own factory in Nuremburg. There are only a few German toy companies that made this type of toy motorcycle during this period. Most commonly found are the Lehmann examples and Gunthermann also made one. The rarest toy motorcycles produced were made by KiCo. Georg Levy produced the same motorcycle later in the 20s using his Levy trademark and slightly different litho. Both the Ki Co and the Levy toys are extremely rare and this first Ki Co version is the rarest of all! Only two of these toys have come up for auction in the past fifteen years and both examples were in less condition than this original one owner toy! This motorcycle is original, complete and in excellent plus condition. It works great and when wound, it travels forward in a circle. It features all tin construction with detailed lithography including a V-Twin motor, embossed parts, spoked wheels, 3 dimensional civilian rider and mechanical windup motor. KiCo is printed on both sides of the fuel tank and made in Germany is stamped on top of the tank. Measures 7.75” long x 6.5″ tall. This will make a wonderful, very rare addition to your collection! Please view my other listings as I have more high quality antique and vintage toys up for auction now on eBay. Buy more than one item and save on shipping! Please ask all questions and request photos prior to bidding. Good luck and thanks for your interest.
